I know I’ve reblogged this before, but I still do 100 a day, and I still get some pretty awesome compliments on my butt, so they work wonders!  Find a way to get them in your routines, and you’ll love what you see!

Amazing!

Source

I debunked this already. Wikipedia isn’t always a credible source, especially when the top of the page says it needs verification.
One single M&M candy has 3.44 calories. (Source.) Mind you a football field is a mere 300 feet, and a person’s caloric burn will vary dramatically depending on age, weight, height, metabolism, gender, speed of the walk, etc. Not to mention you could easily eat a 6-calorie piece of celery and have to walk twice as far, by the standards of the claim above. Your body naturally burns calories just to survive and function, so you could eat that M&M and just lay there, and you’d use up that stupid 3.44 units of energy.
Basically: there is no way to recognize this stupid myth as a valid fact. There is no reason to fear M&Ms.
